SNL SPOOFS THE SHAKE WEIGHT

For this to be funny, you first have to know what the "Shake Weight" is, and that it is not a joke as far as the original product. Below is the real commercial for this product that is sold at places like target and on infomercials.

LOVE YOURSELF

I did a presentation last year on women's self image based on the media and used this video by "Dove." I popped up today in my favorites and it reminded me that we need to believe in what we know, not just what we see. So today, and everyday, remember to love yourself.
