Ashanti singing for her Broadway paycheck
Here Ashanti is singing “Home” from her new Broadway play The Wiz. She is no Stephanie Mill but she doesn’t sound too bad at all! You guys let me know what you think. It seems to me that Irv Gotti dropping her from the label is not phasing her at all.

wow..they need to give the vocal coach a RAISE...a HUGE RAISE..cause that's the BEST I've EVER heard her sing..I mean EVER..I'm happy for her. You know Irv is wack...she stuck by him I;m sure she was asked by other labels awhile ago to come be on their team but she seemed loyal to him. Again I say IRV is WACK..I'm happy she isn't on his label anymore, maybe now someone can mold her into a really go artist. The end lol
