What did you say? You don't know who The Foreign Exchange is??? Wll it's a group effort from Phonte who is a singer and songwriter and producer Nicolay. Phonte is from Raleigh, NC and Nicolay is from Holland. They began as an online collaboration and completed their debut album in 2004 before they even met in person. Their sophomore album, "Leave It All Behind" is in stores now.
